For reaching people with a visual impairment, the best option you can offer is A4. Anything smaller can be challenging especially to older people. We regularly recreate leaflets, A5 documents and small-print documents such as forms into A4 large print format for our clients, all of whom serve visually impaired and disabled customers very well.
